• Lay a well-fitting pair of pants flat and compare with our chart.
• Between two sizes? For more freedom of movement or athletic use, prefer the larger size.
• Thick thighs/buttocks: rather focus on hips and thighs, not just the waist.

1. Waist: Measure at the narrowest part of the abdomen, placing the measuring tape horizontally.
2. Hip: Measure over the widest part of the buttocks/pelvis.
3. Thigh: Measure at the fullest part of the thigh.
4. Inseam: Measure from the crotch to the ankle (inner leg).

1. Lay pants flat, close the waistband and smooth out the fabric.
2. Waist: Measure the waistband from left to right and multiply by 2.
3. Hip: Measure about 18–20 cm below the waistband from left to right and multiply by 2.
4. Thigh: Measure about 3–5 cm below the crotch from left to right and multiply by 2.
5. Overall Length: Measure the outer seam from the waistband to the hem.

• Measurements in the chart refer to the garment, measured flat. Hand measurement: ±1–3 cm.
• For athletic movements and longer wearing comfort, leave some room (body measurement + 2–4 cm at waist/hips).
• Light color deviations due to display, light, or production batch are possible.

Due to sealed transport, a slight factory or packaging odor may occur. This is harmless and usually disappears quickly.

1. Unpack and hang for 24–72 hours in a well-ventilated area.
2. Optional: Place a baking soda dish next to it or use an odor absorber.
3. If necessary, wash on a gentle cycle with mild detergent; no direct heat exposure.

• Wash at up to 30 °C, inside out, with similar colors.
• Do not bleach; tumble dry gently, low iron temperature if necessary.
• Do not soak for long; lightly shape while drying.

• Waist: Choose a size whose garment measurement is approximately your body waist circumference + 2–4 cm (looser: +4–6 cm).
• Thick Thighs/Buttocks? Focus more on hip & thigh measurements – if in doubt, choose one size larger.
• Length: Choose the appropriate cm indication for sneakers or higher soles (a bit longer if you don't like it "cropped").
