Vectran Breaker Protection
The benchmark in puncture protection systems. Vectran is a liquid polymer yarn that transforms into a thermoplastic multifilament compound. This semi-crystalline material is harder than aramid, has five times the tensile strength of steel, and is also lighter than an equivalent nylon thread. Vectran maintains its properties even in the harshest weather conditions and does not negatively affect rolling resistance.

DuraSkin
Tires with DuraSkin sidewalls must be able to keep rolling even with punctures. They are used in the most extreme conditions. On messenger bikes, they must withstand curbs and steps; on touring bikes, they cross continents without flats. On racing bikes, they face tough challenges like Paris-Roubaix.
