How to prepare

Add 2 heaping scoops (35 g) to 450 mL of water or vegetable drink in a shaker and shake well.

Should you prefer a creamier consistency, add the same amount to a bowl and gradually add 30 mL of water or vegetable drink, stirring vigorously.

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup rolled oats
• 1 scoop 100% vegan protein powder, Speculoos flavor
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk) or vegan unflavored yogurt
• 1 tablespoon almond butter (or any nut butter)
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

In a bowl or a mason jar, combine the rolled oats, speculoos-flavored 100% vegan protein powder, chia seeds, and cinnamon.

Add the almond milk, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well to ensure everything is mixed thoroughly.

Cover the bowl or seal the mason jar and place it in the refrigerator overnight, or for at least 4 hours.

In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of almond milk to reach your desired consistency.

Optional Add-Ins:

-Fruit: Add sliced bananas, berries, or apple chunks for extra flavor and nutrients.

-Top with speculoos cookie crumbles if you want.
