How To Use: Take one tablet twice daily - once in the morning and once in the evening - with food.

Ingredients: Each tablet contains 316 mg of magnesium citrate, 69.5 mg of soy bean dry extract (36% isoflavones) and 35 mg Hibiscus extract and 23 mg magnesium oxide. Also contains microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), Beta vulgaris (beetroot juice) powder (colour), crosslinked cellulose gum (firming agent), magnesium salts of edible fatty acids (glazing agent) and essential oils of lemon, lemongrass and Litsea cubeba.
