Pratley Ezeebond is a sophisticated, high performance, 3rd generation toughened acrylic adhesive. eing tough, it can withstand impact and is used in aerospace and defence applications. It is ideal for replacing spot welds and rivets with a line bond.

Surface preparation. Surfaces to be bonded should be free of loose dirt,rust or paint. Light oil film on the surface is not a problem. Sanding to lightly abraded surfaces will enhance adhesion

Some suggested uses
1. Bond sheet metal using bead/line bonds.
2. Bond sheet aluminium.
3. Attach top-hat section stiffeners to sheet metal.
4. Assemble fibre glass components.
5. Bond loudspeaker magnets.
6. Bond model motors to mounting plates.
7. Bond brass name plates to apparatus.

Not recommended for
• Continuously high temperatures (above 80°C).
• PTFE, Polyethylene, Polypropylene and Polyacetal.
• Prolonged immersion in water.

Shelf life. The shelf life of reactive acrylic is highly dependant upon temperatures. Exposure history. Store in a cool place (7°C is the best). Expected life at 23°C is 1 to 2 years. Even short excursions to high>40°C temperatures will adversely affect shelf life.
