This is a really lovely vintage, 1980s? two piece set by Liberty of London

Covered in vibrant Nasturtiums, i've not managed to find any details for this print to date it more accurately 

Made in England of thin, lightweight 100% Cotton (hand wash)

The top has a slight bleed to the fabric at the front, not obvious (have included a photo) but actually the top has no darts, so can be worn the other way round anyway. The shorts have a zip and button up the front 

I would say it fits like a modern size 14 (simply marked L) 

Measures when laid flat - (top) 48cm underarm to underarm 61cm long. Shorts 36cm at waist (have elastic at the back, so up to 46cm) x 57cm long

Could be worn together or as separates for twice the outfit
