Founded in 1981 by American climbers John Bouchard and Marie Mounier, WILDTHINGS is an outdoor brand built on the philosophy that gear must be “light and tough.” Drawing from their extreme mountaineering experience, they developed a range of high-performance apparel and equipment. Original 3-layer fabric: REPELEX MOISTURE PRO
The outer shell is made from WILDTHINGS’ proprietary 3-layer technical fabric, REPELEX MOISTURE PRO. This season’s update shifts focus from water resistance to enhanced breathability, achieving a remarkable water resistance of over 20,000 mm and breathability of 48,000 g/m²/24 h.



Combining superior water repellency, waterproofness, breathability, stretch, lightness, and durability, the fabric protects against rain, snow, and humidity while effectively releasing internal moisture. It’s a true all-weather material designed for comfort in changing environments.



Premium recycled down by KAWADA FEATHER
The insulation uses KAWADA DOWN (approx. 700 FP), a recycled down produced by Kawada Feather—one of Japan’s leading down manufacturers. Collected domestically and refined through advanced cleaning and sorting, the down is restored to a purity exceeding that of new feathers. Its tubular fiber structure traps air efficiently, delivering exceptional warmth with minimal weight.







The hood conveniently stows into the stand collar via zipper, allowing for versatile styling and streamlined protection.



The front closure features clean, magnetic fasteners, minimizing visual bulk while maintaining secure functionality.



Interior storage pockets are provided on both sides for practicality and convenience.



Hand pockets feature drawcord adjusters that block wind and allow fine-tuning of fit and silhouette around the waist and hem.



The length extends to cover the hips, offering coat-like warmth and coverage suitable for urban wear.





The oversized silhouette provides ample room for layering thick knits or mid-layers beneath. While it retains a subtle military influence, the overall look is clean, modern, and sophisticated.



The design has been refined for a minimalist, urban aesthetic. Velcro tabs and printed patches have been removed, and all seams are finished with precise edge-stitching for a uniform appearance. A three-dimensional pattern ensures mobility and a sharp silhouette, while the logo-free, understated look enhances its contemporary mood.
