Based on the philosophy of "quality over quantity," REMI RELIEF pursues the "ultimate American basics" by focusing on every aspect of production, from threads and twisting to knitting and finishing, eliminating waste. The brand operates its own factory in Kojima, Okayama, where materials are dyed and processed in-house.







Softens with Use: 8.5oz Denim
This 8.5oz denim, made from rare Zimbabwe cotton, is woven in Kojima, Okayama. Known for its smooth and soft feel, thanks to its long and fine fibers, this denim is also highly durable, offering a special touch that distinguishes it from other cottons. It is crafted into a premium piece that you can enjoy for many years to come.



Used processing gives it a natural, broken-in feel, and the fabric will continue to fade beautifully with time.





Reproducing Vintage Details
The reverse yoke on the shoulders and upper back is a detail found in Western shirts, added for durability. Originally designed for cowboys who would endure heavy use of their shoulders, such as for carrying ropes, it helps enhance the garment’s strength.



The front is equipped with sawtooth flap pockets, with the flap cut in a zigzag pattern. This design was adopted to enhance durability in harsh working conditions while also giving the garment a distinctive personality.



Shiny, pearl-like snap buttons are used throughout, making the garment easy to fasten and remove.
