Established in 1993, BUZZ RICKSONS is a brand devoted to preserving the legacy of military flight jackets. Each piece is faithfully reproduced to original military specifications — from yarn spinning and fabric weaving to hardware and silhouette — capturing every detail of the vintage originals through uncompromising craftsmanship.







The jacket is crafted from lightweight yet durable back satin — a fabric resistant to friction and harsh weather, while remaining soft, breathable, and comfortable for long-term wear.

The lining is a cotton-nylon blend that provides an extra barrier against wind and rain.





The collar features a stand-up design with a Velcro chin strap for secure wind protection. Epaulettes at the shoulders highlight its classic military heritage.



A concealed hood stored inside the collar offers quick protection in sudden weather changes.



The front zipper is a faithful reproduction of the iconic Crown Zipper — a historic component used from the 1930s to the 1960s and now unobtainable except from vintage stock. BUZZ RICKSONS holds the trademark and revives it exclusively today.



Equipped with four front patch pockets, the jacket offers ample storage — practical enough to eliminate the need for a bag.



Drawcords at the waist and hem allow the fit to be cinched to block out wind.



The sleeves are secured with Velcro tabs for adjustable fit, and feature built-in fold-back cuffs designed to protect the hands.
