The Wildcat Brothers are blending artisanal craftsmanship with a modern twist for each of their Louisiana rums. They rely on locally sourced sugarcane and a handcrafted process to create rum that is "boldly different and authentically Louisiana." This set of two rums helps introduce you, led by their 5-year-old rum: Noire. It was matured on white oak and ancestral fruit tree hardwood staves to bring out the perfect amount of cane-cured fullness. Fifolet Spiced Rum rounds out the set, featuring flavors of the old French south, it's warm and smooth with plenty of character.
