To enhance the mellowness, our blenders focus on creating a richer and deeper whisky by carefully selecting rare spirits and blending them together at a higher ABV. New style of Japanese whisky inspired by Irish pot still whisky. We distil this whisky from both malted and un-malted barley at our Hioki Distillery in stainless steel pot stills under vacuum pressure. The whisky is then matured at our Kanosuke Distillery warehouse in both new American white oak casks and ex-Bourbon barrels and then bottled at a higher ABV, to offer an enriched, cask strength version of our pot still whisky.
