• Friction Clutch & Upper Limit Switch

  • A friction clutch serves as a protective device to prevent lifting when the hoist is overloaded
  • The upper limit switch stops the hoist motor when the hoist is raised to the high hook, avoiding unnecessary clutch wear

   

• Hoist Motor Brake

  • A simple and fast-acting conical style motor brake for reliable operation

   

• Push Button Control

  • One-handed operation with a compact design and NEMA 4 rated protection
  • Mushroom on/off button and push button cable with built-in strain relief included

   

• Electric Control Panel

  • Single speed hoists are reconnectable for multiple voltages (115/208/230V for single phase and 208/230/460V for three phase)
  • Includes running time meter and counter for hoist motion, housed in a NEMA 12 enclosure
  • Standard control transformer output is 115V with a 48V option available

  • Standard equipment includes a molded polypropylene container to securely contain the chain and lubricant
  • Canvas and engineered containers for long lift applications available as options

  • Easily accessible gear lubrication from the top of the hoist
  • Inspection port for the chain pocket wheel and food grade oil option available
