Cellini is a dress line that focuses on elegance and does not use an oyster case, which is Rolex's most distinctive feature.

Although it is less well-known than the Oyster case dress line and sports models such as the Datejust, it has a long history and was created in 1928.

This Cellini is the only one in the Rolex collection that bears the name of a specific person, giving it a unique position.

Reference 3834 is a watch with a rectangular case, which is rare among Cellini watches. Although there are several rectangular references, this 3834 has a very narrow bezel and a linear case design.

The case is made of 18K white gold. The case size is 23mm width and 30mm height, which is the same as the mens size of the Cartier Tank, so it's easy to imagine the size.

The dial is pure white with a lacquer finish. This dial is called "porcelain" among collectors, It is also considered a rare example of the Daytona or Datejust.
