Rare Antique 1860's walking / day dress

- 3 piece ensemble, bodice, skirt, belt

- looks to be handmade in several areas

- slight stand up collar

- dropped shoulder line

- steel cut front button closure

- silk piping and fringe tim bodice

- coat sleeve with fullness at elbow

- tapered cuff with net flounce

- full crinoline skirt with fullness at back

- gored skirt with satin panels

- skirt trimmed with satin bows in front

- belt features small front bow, satin piping

- large back bow with silk fringe streamers

- sweep train with with heavy material to hold shape

- bodice is boned with polish cotton lining

- skirt is lined in same cotton

- lovely historical garment

slight fade eo garment at shoulders, some hooks and eyes missing a few replaced

under ruffle material has some tears as does piping om inside hem. wear to satin at top
