Enable Access Modular Ramp Systems are high-quality, configurable access solutions designed to provide safe and reliable mobility support in a wide range of environments. These systems come supplied with standard 42 cm legs, with optional 62 cm Tall Legs and 15 cm or 30 cm extensions available to achieve the correct height and gradient for each installation.

The Welcome Patio Platform is designed to enhance accessibility and create a smooth, stable transition into the home.

It can be customised with a variety of handrail options to suit individual requirements.

Its modular design allows for quick installation and excellent adaptability, making it suitable for both residential and commercial settings.

Whether addressing doorway thresholds, steps, or uneven surfaces, the Welcome Patio Platform offers a reliable and practical solution for improving access and mobility.

The recommended gradient depends on the intended use:

• Disabled access: Minimum recommended gradient of 1:12
• Mobility scooters: Maximum slope of 6°, approximately 1:10

For safety reasons, we may decline a sale if the requested ramp length or gradient is assessed as unsafe for the user.

Alternative Options

If a modular configuration cannot fit within the available space—especially where the threshold height is significant—a portable ramp may provide the most suitable alternative, provided a carer can safely assist the user during use.

Doorplate & Threshold Requirements

Each Enable Access platform and ramp includes a standard 75 cm × 15 cm doorplate. Important installation note: Modular ramps and platforms must not be placed directly on UPVC door thresholds. A Self-Supporting Kit is required when installing over UPVC thresholds.

To ensure the correct configuration is recommended, please prepare clear photos and accurate threshold measurements so we can easily assist with recommendations.

• Goods must be returned within 14 days unused and in original packaging. A 10% handling and  restocking fee applies to this product.
