Model wearing size SMALL typically wears a medium but was able to size down due to her waist measurement and the cut of the skirt KEA DOESN'T SUGGEST SIZING DOWN UNLESS YOU TOO HAVE A SMALLER WAIST 
wouldn't say its stretchy but is a very nice A-line cut
No zipper no buttons- waistband has some elastic but the stretch is VERY limited kea was unable to pull skirt up over her hips and had to pull it over her head- KEEP THIS IN MIND PRIOR TO PURCHASING
