These overfenders make room for wider wheel setups and enhance the stance of your car. Essential for motorsports like drift, rally, track days, or autocross where wheel clearance and body protection are crucial. They also help guard your paintwork from flying debris kicked up by larger wheels.
Fender flares aren’t just practical – they’ve become a staple in car tuning. Wider wheels usually demand extended arches, and these flares deliver that aggressive, track-inspired aesthetic. Over the years, they’ve become iconic in the tuning scene and even featured on certain factory builds by performance brands.
In off-road applications, wide flares keep rocks, mud, and debris from hitting your car or surroundings. They’re a must-have if you’re running oversized tires, protecting both your paint and the vehicles (or people) nearby.

Park the car on a level surface, ideally with your new wheels already mounted. Position the flare along the fender, ensuring it follows the bodyline perfectly. Mark where the holes should go, drill them carefully, insert rivnuts, and secure the flare with screws. If your new wheels are significantly wider than OEM, some trimming of the original fender may be required to avoid contact.
For installation, you may need: A drill, a screwdriver, an angle grinder, adhesive tape, and a marker.
