Will this bracket fit without removing my front bumper?

Yes. This mounts at the factory attachment points on the lower fascia, so you can install it without taking the bumper off. You'll just need access to the underside of the fascia.

Does this come with the bolts and fasteners I need?

The bracket itself ships with you. Fastening hardware is not included—plan to use stainless steel bolts from your local hardware store or salvage existing fasteners from your vehicle.

Can I paint this bracket to match my bumper color?

The black finish can be prepped and painted if you want a perfect color match. Light sanding and standard automotive primer and paint will work—just follow your paint product's cure time before installing.
