 Soft fabric pinstripe trouser style pants. Top white detail lining. Drawstring. Stretch. Relaxed fit. The top white detail lining does have stretch but not as much as the rest of the fabric. Fabric is not dress pant fabric .. it’s a soft cotton like fabric with plenty stretch.

Between sizes? Size up before you size down unless you have a very small waist for your figure. 

Stretch: YES. Top is extremely stretchy. Pants have plenty of stretch the only thing to be concerned about is that top white band which does not have as much stretch so keep waist measurements in mind. As for butt and hip area.. once the pants are on the fabric has plenty of stretch for the butt and hips. 

Tall Girl Friendly: No however with this style of pants your pants do not have to drag on the floor. Trousers look just fine showing the entire sneaker or bootie heel as a lot of people don’t necessarily wants their trousers dragging.
