Guide roller 80×22 mm made of Polyamide 6G

The 80×22 mm guide roller made of cast Polyamide 6G (PA6G) is designed for precise guiding tasks in conveying technology, special machinery, and intralogistics. With a load capacity of 180 kg, a bore of Ø20 mm, and a hub length of 14 mm, it is ready for direct installation and low-maintenance. The integrated ball bearing is axially secured with a circlip – for permanently play-free, smooth running even under continuous load. Typical applications include guide rollers in conveying technology and mechanical engineering.

Construction & Material

The wheel body is precisely turned from cast polyamide 6 (PA6G). PA6G is characterized by high wear resistance, good chemical resistance, low noise development, and electrical non-conductivity. Compared to steel rollers, the weight is significantly reduced – with equivalent load capacity. The ball bearing is axially secured by a circlip, which allows for easy mounting on an axle or bolt without additional fastening elements.
