Warranty

All Motion Healthcare products come with a 2 year parts only warranty as standard.  

Should you need an extended parts and labour warranty, we offer the options below:

Extended 12 Month Parts and Labour Coverage - Up to 3 Call Outs £80.00 (£96.00 Incl VAT)

Extended 24-Month Parts and Labour Coverage - Up to 6 Call Outs £205.00 (£246.00 Incl VAT)

If you have any faults with your items, contact us and we'll help to resolve any issues.

Returns

• Please make sure your selected products are suitable for your needs as this product may incur return shipping charges and restocking fee unless your product arrives damaged or is faulty. Please contact us to discuss suitability of your item. 
• Any damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Any claims made outside of this period may not be accepted. 
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty. 
• Engineer delivery charge is non refundable.
