Guide Roller 50×15 mm made of Polyamide 6G

The 50×15 mm guide roller made of cast Polyamide 6G (PA6G) is designed for precise guiding tasks in conveyor technology, special machinery, and intralogistics. With a load capacity of 140 kg, a bore of Ø10 mm, and a hub length of 8 mm, it is ready for immediate installation and requires minimal maintenance. The integrated ball bearing is axially secured with a retaining ring – ensuring permanently backlash-free, smooth running even under continuous load. Construction & Material

The wheel body is precisely turned from cast Polyamide 6 (PA6G). PA6G is characterized by high wear resistance, good chemical resistance, low noise development, and electrical non-conductivity. Compared to steel rollers, the weight is significantly reduced – with equivalent load capacity. The ball bearing is axially secured by a retaining ring, which allows for easy mounting on axles or bolts without additional fixing elements.
